We are celebrating Yalda Night, the longest night of the year at UC San Diego. Join us for the end of the Fall season party. It is the most favorite cultural night and party of the year, and was sold out last year.

This year Yalda Night & Afterparty includes live music performances, competitions, Dinner and snacks of Yalda Night, DJ, music and dance. For the first time in the US, we have a live performance by Pourya-e-Vali Zoorkhaneh (House of Strength). The Iranian national sports, Varzesh-e Pahlevani, has been practiced in Zurkhaneh for at least 700 years.
Make sure to get your tickets online for guaranteed dinner. Tickets sold at the door are not guaranteed to include dinner. Parking is free at Gilman Parking Structure. Note that the location is different than our last year Yalda. Performances, dinner and afterparty all happen at the same venue: UCSD price Center East Ballroom.
